Rothindra Nath(Pintu) Chowdhry heads the technical side of the programming. He has a Diploma in Cinema {Cinematography} Photography from Film & Television Institute of India, Pune 1972-1975.

Was in the Prototype Production Unit of UNESCO program resided in F.T.I.I, Pune as Cinematographer. Project renders were eminent film makers. Eg: James Beveridge, John Irwin, Tony Wickertsen etc. Did more than 1000 short films in fiction and non- fiction genre.

In 1980’s, dabbled in academics. Faculty for motion picture Dept. of Film Wing, F.T.I.I, Pune. In 1990’s, Faculty for Videography to the students of T.V Wing, F.T.I.I, Pune. On the Editorial board of the ‘Lensight’ a pioneering magazine (published by F.T.I.I, Pune) on Celluloid and Electronic Media.

INVOLVEMENT’S : Been Director of Cinematography for more than 800 TV programs and short films. Some of them are mentioned in the following:

Ms Dicky Chowdhry founder member of the erstwhile popular Children’s theatre (known as Tildren Teatre), Delhi; has been associated with film industry for over a decade before starting Dixan Communications Inc. in various capacities concerning script writing, direction and production.

Has experience of making over 300 short films as Director. Some of them are :
Capsule programs on ETI (Extra Terrestrial Intelligence) and Pabal Vigyan Ashram for times Television, New Delhi. These programs are broadcasted in Turning Point, a National Network Science Serial. Capsule program on Gandharva- The musical software, and Pune festival-94, for Samachar Parikrama and News on National Network. A short documentary on Tamasha (Folk art form in Maharastra) for Doordarshan, Delhi. “Chincholi Morachi”, a feature for “Heads and Tails”, a serial on National Network. Made programs for ‘India the Awakening’, on eminent personalities like Mr. Jayant Narlikar, Director of Inter University for Astronomy & Astrophysics, B.K.S. Iyengar the great Yoga teacher, Mr. S. Dabholkar who has revolutionized the agriculture sector. Programmers for the H.A.L’s training program on ‘Jaguar’ aircrafts. A short documentary, for Doordarshan National Network on ‘Neehar’ school for children of sex workers. Online editing of Amol Palekar’s theater festival on Ratan Thiyam.Visiting faculty for various institutions. Consultant and production head for overseas production units such as VPRO Holland, CNN, Canadian Broadcasting Services etc.

Dr. D.K. (Raja) Pokhrapurkar

A communication expert of national repute. Specializes in Audio Video Production, Audience Research, Communication Research and Content Development. He has served multitudes of institutions.

He has to his credit 40 television and 150 audio productions. Published papers in reputed journals and newspapers. He has won National Award in 1987-1990. Associated with Space Applications Centre of Indian Space Research Organisation, Ahmedabad, for “Satellite Instructional Television Experiment”. Consultant and faculty for various institutions.

Mr. D.N. Chowdhry

He is associated with key national and regional newspapers in various positions for the last three decades. Expert in resource management and media campaigning for the print media. Faculty and consultant for various institutions.

Other Key Members are :

• Mr. Amol Desai, a mass communication post-graduate, was production assistant for reality shows (Miditech/ Sony TV), and assistant director (IME/ Star Pravaah), a short film-maker, line director and is involved in the concept development and direction department.
• Mr. Tushar Bachal is Associate in the Direction and Production Department. He is short film maker and an award winner for his film ‘Pages of Life’. He is associated with the industry for the past decade.
• Mr. Milind Jog cameraman heads the 2nd unit camera department.
